Actually, this is about me as is about you :)
I will start with WHY I'm doing what I'm doing:
To support people in having other perspectives on their everyday life, so that they can be the real architects of it.
Sounds too general? Let's break it down a little.
--> you see all these ads
--> and at some point, life happens, change is very little and maybe you don't even acknowledge it, progress is slow, and then you give up. Oh, this doesn't work, you say, I'd better get back to my life. It was overwhelming, and did not pay off.
--> but the desire for "something else", "somehow else" remains, it's still there, and at some point, it will resurface, and you'll start over.
We all have some well established habits, beliefs and values. Whether we are aware of them or not.
Change happens in our lives even if we are not really paying attention, we evolve each day, we learn something new.
Imagine how your life could be if you decided to own this process of change. Oh wait, are we going back to the self help programs, books, courses?
Nope. And I am not saying that they don't work. They have their well deserved place in our lives.
But finding that specific something, and knowing WHY we want that, and having a short/medium/long term support, well that might be just what you need to make a move that sticks, that matters to you, that brings you value and results.
We are just as much alike as we are different. Even the slightest difference in the way we see things can make it or break it if a certain book helps you or not.
There is not a recipe that works for each and every person. There is not!
Finding the right recipe for YOU is a process that requires support from somebody else. Because you can't solve a problem by using the same thinking you used when you created it :) (Albert Einstein).
I am not talking necessarily about big changes, big purposes, big anything. I am talking also about small things we do each day, that could alter for the better the way we live our lives.
I can help with having a clear vision and motivation on a matter, even if we are talking about small stuff. Small stuff really matters. They can lead to bigger stuff (if we want). I will provoke you to have another look at you and at what you want. We are talking specifics here, things you already know. We'll start from there.
We tend to not start making changes because we imagine that the change means altering big time the way we do things. It does't have to be like that.
Or maybe you have never really thought that YOU could do things differently? That only others can do that? That you wish you had the time for this and that, but no, you're already to busy doing something new or different?
Being already busy with life is so true! We all are. And yet, some succeed and get to live the life that their friends just wish they had.
How do they do that, being busy with life also? Well, they decide WHAT they want, HOW having that in their life will change it for the better, they get to really know WHY they want that, and WHO they will become by having that (again, don't overthink this, we are not necessarily talking about BIG goals/shifts/changes). After that, getting things done become a lot easier. I don't want to diminish the work behind the scenes, but that is another subject matter.
About this and a lot more that you will bring to our discussions, I can support in moving things forward. Or letting them go. Or changing them. Or whatever suits you BEST.
You don't really think that YOU have it in you, that just "others" do? I really think that you do have it! Just allow yourself a little exploration :)
